La repentina inversione di rotta in materia di politica monetaria attuata dalla FED ad inizio gennaio, seguita nei giorni scorsi da un’analoga presa di posizione del Direttorio della BCE, lascia pochi dubbi sul fatto che quello che alla fine degli anni ’90 il mitico Governatore Greenspan aveva definito il suo peggiore incubo, la “Sindrome Giapponese”, si sia puntualmente realizzato.
